Bluetooth audio sometimes stops working.

Hallo guys,

Lately i am experiencing issues with bluetooth audio. I can see that my bluetooth device( cars headunit, galaxy buds 3 pro, or other bluetooth audio device) is connected to the phone and when I turn up the volume I see the bluetooth logo on the volume bar or earbuds logo. But I dont hear anything even if a song or a youtube video is playing. 

Somethimes I get it working by turning bluetooth on or off. Othertimes i have to restart my phone. I tried resetting bluetooth settings but nothing helps. It is really annoying.

Please submit an error report. Samsung Members app > support > feedback. The developers can than hopefully fix it.

Thank you for also posting that you also experience this issue. It is best to submit an error report if everything is up-to-date and restarting your phone, but still experience this issue. Our R&D department will know it also happens with your device adn they also receive your logs about it. Knowing that more customers experience this and receiving the logs can help determine the cause.

I have the same or similar issues. I would say in my case the Bluetooth is never working but only from Phone app. If I press the BT logo in phone it very briefly goes green but turns off immediately.
Are you going to tell me to submitted a bug report as well when clearly there us a genetic bug introduced recently and your developers already had more than a month to fix it?
