The new refrigerator has been making noisy since the first day. I contacted Sumsang and sent them the videos, but they told me it's normal noise and that is end of the discussion. I had other refrigerators before, including another big Sumsang refrigerator but none of them had similar noise. For other customers who purchased a similar Sumsang product - american refrigerator RS6JA881159, have you experienced the noise?

The retailer can only deliver a new one if the one I have now has quality problem, but Samsung engineer watched the videos and rejected to declare that it is a quality issue. Therefore the retailer cannot do anything. I want to know if the noise is normal or not? Hopefully that other customers can share their experiences. Thanks!
