Washing machine

Hi

I had the  engineer around to fix my washing machine, first time he changed the motor and the machine stopped making that horrible screaming noise. But was shaking a lot! I had to call him again and he change the shock absorber.

He said to me that its normal the machine makes vibration before start spinning,  is it normal this amount of vibration?

That doesn't sound quite right, @poupas. Was it like that when the engineer was there, or has it got worse?

Was ok when the engineer was here, but now is getting worst, today start moving.
I going to contact them again
