Bought brand new and Broken after 6 months of use. Samsung claim not covered under warranty despite 2 year manufacture warranty. been told part is not covered. Absolutely unacceptable having paid £400.
Never buy white goods from Samsung they never honor the warranty, two years is nothing compared to most other manufacturers cover your appliances for 5 years.
If you live in UK I think there is a article section 75, I think it is, if you have paid for your appliance by Credit Card you are covered up to 6 years I think it is , hopefully I am not wrong - maybe worth checking out?
