washing machine lcd module

We have a 12kg eco bubble WW12K8412OW. the lcd screen has failed, just showing white. It started failing when it was around 6 months old. Any ideas where i can get the part from. No answer from Samsungs parts suppliers.

I think the part is DC92-01635C

It shouldn't be failing after only 6 months. You have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You can check it all out on line but If you are not sure you can ring the Citizen's Advice line. I used them last year and they were extremely helpful.
