Washer Dryer - Air Wash Cycle - Fills drum with water?

Hi all

I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this. I've never really used this air wash cycle (deodorizer or sanitization) really before however chose to do so with a couple of small items as i was testing the different cycles.

As i understand it, it should just pump hot air through the clothes on this cycle.

However my washer dryer actually seems to completely soak whatever clothes is in there and water is left in the drum at the end of the cycle.

Anyone with any ideas? Have spoken to samsung and an engineer has come out but hes never really seen it before and no ones been able to help so far.

I know this is an old post but I'm having the same issue. Airwash seems to be a wet wash. I have tried running a drain cycle beforehand to ensure the drum is dry but it's still coming out soaked.
