Use of Calgon Tablets

I have a new Samsung washing machine and have a couple of questions regarding Calgon Limescale remover tablets. Is it ok to use them in my new machine and where in the dispenser drawer do I put them

You would be best seeing what the information says in the manufacturers instructions
They should only benefit the machine over the lifetime of the machine

There isn't  any mention of Calgon in the manufacturers instructions. I'll take a look on line
