Hi, I am trying to register my washing machine for the warranty, and it says the serial is not valid. I've checked it and I am entering it correctly. How do I proceed to get warranty work? Thanks

The 2-year standard warranty on your Washing Machine is automatically activated on the date of purchase, @MarkP3.
Some of our appliances are offered with a 5-year extended warranty. Is this what you're wanting to register for?
