Strange icon on the streamer

 I find the icon on the up right hand corner and try to contact live chat for few time, they ask me to steam clean it. But after cleaning, the icon still here. Can anyone know how to clear it? Thanks.

Have you tried power cycling the oven? If you press and hold the power button the screen will go blank, after this let go and the Samsung splash screen should appear as the oven reloads
