I've recently taken delivery of 2 x NV7B4355VAK ovens. They are smart ovens, and setting them up was quite straightforward, and there is a nice touch where you can sync the time with your phone.
However, if you turn off the oven (using the power button the on front of the oven, so it is still powered on) then the clock stops! So if I turn it off at 1530 for half an hour, when I turn it back on the time shows 1530.
This seems like a huge oversight. Like I say, this is the power button next to the function buttons, so the oven stays powered on. I presumed the power button just turned off the display (and it does, except for the WiFi icon), but also stops the clock.

Also, now I've actually had chance to use the oven, that power button is the only way to stop the oven once it's been used. So once I finish cooking I have to power the oven off, and the clock will stop.

Internal Tech Support bulletin on this advises that it would need an approved engineer visit to fix with a new software updated PBA. I have the same problem and an engineer is coming out this week. why would they supply an oven that needs a software update> also, I cannot change the grill from Large Grill to eco. Nothing happens. Is this the same problem?

Ahh, so its a software fault! I thought it was poor design. Plus why are the touch control buttons not backlit? Really hard to see sometimes. And the bloody beeping! OK you've reached temperature, no need to tell me 4 times loudly, just a nice simple ding ding would have been fine. You can turn the sounds off in the app but then you get no feedback you touchscreen selections are working. Just my thoughts. Nice oven but a bit disappointed overall considering the price.
@journeyman did the repair sort out your issues?

Sorry I didn't reply - you tagged the wrong person (I'm not journeyman 😂).
Unfortunately they weren't able to update the software, so ended up replacing both ovens!
Clock works now, however the incessant beeping remains!
