I've recently taken delivery of 2 x NV7B4355VAK ovens. They are smart ovens, and setting them up was quite straightforward, and there is a nice touch where you can sync the time with your phone.
However, if you turn off the oven (using the power button the on front of the oven, so it is still powered on) then the clock stops! So if I turn it off at 1530 for half an hour, when I turn it back on the time shows 1530.
This seems like a huge oversight. Like I say, this is the power button next to the function buttons, so the oven stays powered on. I presumed the power button just turned off the display (and it does, except for the WiFi icon), but also stops the clock.

Also, now I've actually had chance to use the oven, that power button is the only way to stop the oven once it's been used. So once I finish cooking I have to power the oven off, and the clock will stop.

Hi @jw24 ,
Internal Tech Support bulletin on this advises that it would need an approved engineer visit to fix with a new software updated PBA. If you’ve not done so already, it’s best to get in touch with our Home Appliance Tech Support team to arrange that: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/contact/#product-support if you're in the UK, or https://www.samsung.com/ie/support/contact/#contactinfo if you're based in the Republic of Ireland.
