Samsung MC28H5125AK combination microwave oven

My Samsung MC28H5125AK combination microwave oven stops working completely every now and again. Even the clock has missing segments for the numbers. However, after a few days or sometimes a week, it suddenly starts working again. This happens one every month or so. It's almost as though a battery runs out of power then once recharged it starts working again. Any ideas anyone?

I posted similar issues with the 6550 model, it seems the touch pad is a common issue, if in warranty get it sorted.

My combo oven everything works fine except the start button, time/timer etc all work, press start Nada!! nuffing!! silch!! any ideas please
