This may help someone, their website is somewhat out of date for the position of the Serial number
The information you need is with the QR code on the front of the machine. I haven't checked mine yet.
What Samsung advisor told me.
"Not really the QR code, but it's written on the QR code. The model code and serial number is written below, above or at the side of the QR code. All of our new models. The model code and serial number are now located at the front of the machine where the QR code is located."
