We have recently purchased (this week) our new Samsung Washer/Dryer (WD80TA046BE). We have completed a few wash and dry cycles, but are concerned about the recurring chugging/slogging noises which sound like the pump continuingly running during most of the wash cycle. I have a video to help show this. This machine replaces a Samsung washing machine with AddWash, but no dryer and I don't remember hearing the continuous noises that are present on this one. Has anyone had similar experience or can tech support over an email option to send attach the video? Thanks.
