Samsung 'Smart' Washing machine - Update needed

I have just purchased a Samsung WW10N645RBX/EU Washing machine, which is 'Smart'.

Not being able to turn this on and off remotely without first pressing buttons while you are standing at the machine 'is not smart'.

PLEASE Samsung, release an update to address all the complaints, where you can control the machine (turn it on, off, set programes, start, stop, etc) withouth having to physically press the 'on' and 'smart control' buttons first whilst standing next to the machine.

Please address this issue.

Also, putting pre-wash and delayed start in a sub-menu that then requires starting the machine without seeing the selections made is also not smart.

Nor is the fact that the delayed start is not part of the smart things phone app settings for the machine.

Please at least make delayed start part of the mobile app interface. But even better to redesign the front panel interface to alwats show all selections made.

I see this post is from 2020 and we have recently bought a “smart” machine.

after all these years I see nothing has changed or improved.

i have a lot of smart devices in my home and this is the least smart one I own.

i mean seriously-

press on button

press smart connection button 

open app

choose cycle 

press ok

press send to machine 

press start

then press to confirm.

wow! So smart. What a time saver.

And this has to be repeated every time.

wont be buying one of these again.
