Samsung RW33EBSS wine cooler not cooling low enough

I have a Samsung RW33EBSS wine cooler that only cools drinks to about 8 degrees even although I have set it to 3 degrees on the thermostat. It used to cool down to 3 degrees but recently has developed this problem. 

Any idea how I can fix this?
