The child lock seems to be stuck on on our dryer. We have tried pressing the 2 buttons that should turn it off but had no joy. We have also tried switching off at the mains but still no luck.
Any update on this, i have the same OptimalDry, and we are stuck on the same issue, up until today we could disable Child Lock by holding the two buttons indicated on the Dryer for 3 to 4 seconds, but as of today, nothing is working.
