Samsung washing machine eco bubble 9kg. Bought June 2022. Worked amazingly. Until today!! How on earth does a sock get stuck between the outer drum and inner drum? It’s seized the drum! Now I have a broken washing machine. How do I fix it? There is no way to get to it! Send help 😭😭

Hi there, @Ashleigh2. I appreciate that what you're encountering is both unusual and, well, less than ideal. I hope that the following link will help:
If the issue persists, you might need to initiate an inspection here:

An In-home inspection and repair, if deemed necessary after all troubleshooting steps have been tried, would need to be authorised by and arranged with our Home Appliances Team. If it's easier for you, you might wish to call the team directly using the contact details here:

Please let us know how you get on.

this might be out of your technical reach (and i dont mean that in a horrible way) if you feel you are technically able to, then removing the sump hose at the bottom of the plastic outer drum you might just be able to see it , or move the drum enough to get the sock to where you can retrieve it where the hole is for the sump hose if you are lucky.

It was right at the back jammed and nowhere near the sump hose

ah right thats a shame - then maybe could it be got at if the heater element was removed , if it leaves a big enough hole ?

How do I do that? I’m a single female and don’t even own a screwdriver
