I have the Samsung French fridge freezer-

RF56J9040SR

I have found that the ice dispenser jams up and stops working. I have had to hace  an engineer come and fix/ replace it in under 5 years. 
I am very disappointed with this aspect of the fridge. 

i want to email a complaint and thought I had found the correct email address however I got a response to say I has emailed Samsung Singapore .

has anyone has any issues with the ice dispenser on this fridge freezer?

And odd that you got a response saying that you'd emailed Samsung Singapore! Which email address did you email?

If you have an ice maker that is in the refrigerator part, then you are going to have issues- especially with samsung. Mine worked for about a year and since there is no one capable of working on it in my town of 75,000 people, i am stuck. Before buying a refrigerator, find out if you have anyone that can be trusted to work on it.
