Just wondering if anyone can help. I purchased a Samsung eco bubble in February this year and this morning mid cycle its knocked off and its like there is no power getting to the machine? No lights or anything. Contacted samsung and they have no appointments available and i have to wait 48 hours for a call to say when they can come. Not good with a 5 year old. If anyone can give me any advice it would be appreciated. Thanks

Have the Support team sorted you out with an appointment yet? And what troubleshooting steps did they go through with you?
