RSH5UBBP - Power usage

Hello,

I've been monitoring energy usage throughout my house (not a huge ecowarrier) but like to bring down bills where I can. I've found my american style fridge freezer is using about 2.4kw per day. This fridge was advertised as having a 447kw per year usage. I accept this isn't a perfect figure, but I'm using approx 876kw per year. Assuming it doesn't use more in summer. The fridge and freezer isn't over nor under stocked. The icemaker is currently switched off as i beleive this uses even more energy from reading online.

Has anyone else come across anything like this?

Did you get to the bottom of the problem? My fridge is gorging on nearly 3KWh per day!
