RS5ON3513BC Loud ticking noise from freezer

Hi,

When the freezer starts (when the door is closed and the display switches off) it has started making a loud fast ticking noise.

It sounds like a pump, not sure what I should do? Do I switch the unit off and loose the food in the freezer?

Hey @G15, if you can hear a ticking sound from inside the fridge, this is normal. It's caused by various parts of the fridge contracting or expanding in response to changes in temperature.
