RS50N3513SA the fridge is freezing and the freezer will not freeze

We have a had a series of power cuts since lock down and since then our fridge freezer has started acting irratic. The freezer will not freeze and the bottom of the fridge is freezing everything. The display screen shows the temperature for 30 seconds and then goes blank and will not respond. Can anyone offer some advice on how to get it back to normal, please?

Are you still having issues with this? If so, could you please check the following:

- Is the temperature in the room very low?

- Did you store the food with a high water content in the coldest part of the fridge? Try moving those items into the body of the fridge instead of keeping them in the CoolSelect Duo™ drawer.

- Is the back of the refrigerator too close to the wall and therefore keeping air from circulating?

Also, is there any error code on the display before it goes blank?

We have exactly the same problem with our fridge - same model. None of the suggested solutions apply. The fridge has been a huge disappointment since we bought it 2 years ago. It needs defrosting every two months as the freezer ices up and makes a horrible noise as the fan hits the ice. We had an engineer from Samsung come and fix it, but it happens again and again. And now the fridge is freezing and the freezer is not freezing. The display doesn't work either.
