I got this new fridge freezer and I been puzzled! Can somone from Samsung help to explain and maybe provide pictures or document how these items should be used and what purpose they got?

There is nothing in the manual or anywhere which describes these items?!

It does say shelf bottom!

The first image is an accessory which can fit over the ice making mechanism inside the freezer section.

The other part is to go on the floor of the fridge which will stop the food from touching the floor of the fridge
