We have had an issue with the family hub on our brand new fridge freezer, it is less than a month old. Nothing saves after Aug. We have tried factory resets, updating versions but it seems you are still on version 6.00, this product was bought in 2024 March!
We have tried your online tech's who were unable to resolve the issue and an engineer was booked to visit but cancelled the day before! Has anyone else had this issue. If not resolved, unfortunately it will be returned.
