I purchased the range new about 4 years ago. after the first year, I began having problems first with the lock latch. It was determined that the issue was not with the electronic locking, but a mechanical issue. I have now paid my home warranty company for 5 repairs ($500 total) for this issue. Now, the control panel has gone out for the second time in a year. The technician from the appliance company contracted with my warranty has advised it will take 1 to 4 weeks (plus the week it took to get an appointment, plus the time to schedule the next appointment) to get the control panel, and they are not even sure what to do about the latch as the part is not shown in Samsung diagrams. I called Samsung customer service and the representative refused to help or escalate my issue. So, once again, I have a $1300 range I can't use and no way to cook. The Samsung representative was cold and patronizing. Not sure what to do.
