Problem with ice maker RF24H

Anyone have this type of problem with ice maker? How to get rid of the ice without turning the whole fridge off? It is not even one year old?

I have no had a technichan here, he changde almost the whole icemaker, but i dont think it helped, it was a week ago and it has already started to build up ice in it again, it was necessery to turn off the whole refigereator for 24 hour because there was so much ice in it so i could not take the box out!

i am so dissapointed in this ice maker!
