We have a NQ50J3530BB Combi Oven from 2021 that keeps turning itself off when in use.
By ‘off’ I mean that it beeps and goes back to the temperature input prompt. In doing so, the oven stops heating unless you catch it and hit the start button.
So, not ‘off’ in the sense that the whole oven powers down / screen goes blank.
It seems to be occurring randomly; sometimes when heating up, other times when in the middle of a cook, and regardless of whether we are using the timer / end time or not.
This essentially means that we have to stand in the kitchen for the entire duration of the cook so we can keep pressing the start button when it decides to cycle off.
Has anyone else encountered similar issues and have suggestions for how it may be resolved?
