We just bought this oven
Today it arrived without divider/dual cook tray
It doesn't say anything on description it is not included..
What is the point to sell this oven without it..it's a dual flex door but they don't supplied that tray..And the most funny thing... there is nowhere on the description it needs to be bought separately...And also you can't buy it nowhere on Samsung website...
And if I want to return I must pay £50
This is ridiculous
On Currys site this divider tray is included with the same model of oven
Anyone can give some advice please?
