we have had a samsung washing machine for 1 year already. We are more than happy with it, however, I noticed when I went to the wrong moment of a wash cycle that it made an astonishing noise during the spin cycle (delicate program) as if something was blocking.
ditto today at the start of an anti-allergen program.
do you have any idea what it could be?
I plan to call the after-sales service tomorrow but you never know.

@Blondie_: This is the sound of the drain pump operating. If the issue persists, please clean your debris filter by following the steps in the link below. Let me know if this helps.
