Bought a new American fridge freezer and it’s making a humming noise through the night any ideas what it is it’s keeping us a awake sounds like a fan

Can I get the refrigerator's model number from the left side or the front of the unit? Would you say this sound occurs when the door(s) are open, or does it happen randomly?

I'd go back to your supplier because we bought another brand fridge, a while ago, and it made a constant, loud, whirring noise; diagnosed as a faulty compressor motor. Initially, the help desk said it was normal but I persisted until they replaced it.
