hi I put a washing on overnight and I have come down and the door remains locked and I cannnot move the dial so cannot put clothes on a rinse and drain.
I have cleared the filter and nothing happens, please help I need my washing.
@EJmum: I'm sorry to hear that you've encountered this issue. I can see from the photo above that Child Lock is currently enabled. If you press and hold the Temperature and Rinse buttons together for around 3 seconds, this should remove the child lock, and allow you to open the door. For clarity, these are the 2 buttons below the display on the left hand side (a thermometer and and basin full of water).
If the issue persists, please confirm the model number of the appliance, along with which cycle you were running, and I will look into this further for you.
