Lowering the front wheels on RS50N3513BC Fridge/freezer

Hi, just had this fridge/freezer installed yesterday.  The installer (Currys) has left me to set it up and level. Problem is the front wheel (in the middle) causes the front to be higher than the back so the only way to level the fridge is to somehow lower these wheels but the manual doesn't mention them at all. All it mentions is the adjustable legs which won't help in this situation. Samsung support have been no help whatsoever.

Does anyone know how to lower  the front wheels? Without doing so the fridge will be leaning backwards significantly.

Cheers, Steve

Don't know about your specific freezer- but I had a cooker ( yeah I know - not a freezer 😀) but it had a hex rod that ran from the wheel mechanism to the bottom front of the cooker ie you could see the end of it at the front of cooker - turning the rod adjusted the height of the wheels so you could adjust it with the cooker in situ - may be something similar on your freezer if you look along the bottom front - maybe hidden under a plastic cover or facia - just a thought !

Hi, thanks for your input. I've been looking for something like that but the only thing I can see is 2 exceeding small holes which might be drainage. Dunno! It's just weird it's not mentioned in the installation manual. And don't get me started on trying to speak to someone at Samsung who might have some idea - lol.

Other option - not ideal granted - might be to put a couple of thin blocks under the rear feet to get it level

I have considered that but, unbeknown to me, the water filter is external on this fridge so I'll have to pull the fridge out from time to time to change it.

Yeah Unfortunately always seems to be if they don't screw you up one way, they'll get you another way !

Hi again - just wondering ( and no offense meant ) but can't the rear legs/ wheels be adjusted down - may be they are screwed in all the way and just a bit tight to unscrew ?

If only it were that simple. But it doesn't have rear legs. I could pull it out again and check if the rear wheels can be altered but I'm inclined not to when I've paid £40 for it to be installed.

Wonder then if the 2 holes you mentioned might be for adjusting the rear ? Hope you get it resolved !
