Jet 95 pro charging battery advice

Just got my jet 95 pro hoover and realised that to keep it stood up it has to go in the stand. However by doing so it's then on charge constantly. My question is will it damage or degrade the battery more quickly being on charge constantly?

I have a Jet 90 complete and I unplug it when batteries are fully charged. Samsung advices to unplug the charging stand if not used for a long time.

I don't think there will be any issue but suggest you remove once charged or else it will be charging on no load
