Samsung eco bubble 9kg washing machine violently wobbles

Hi I've had my washer for about 2 months now but the machine violently wobbles on spin it's been recalbrated it's level and not unbalanced load my last Hotpoint drum was steady no wobbling i recon the drum is faulty but before i reach out too samsung has anyone else  had this problem it wobles that bad it somtimes leaks from door

Reached out to samsung ill never by from them again was warned that the aftercare is bad. 2 months old and they won't send engineer because I didn't get it professional installed its a joke because when I first installed I pushed it to the wall where my hotpiont was and put slight kink in waste pipe so wasn't draining properly so the engineer that came signed it off as now OK but even with there engineer installing it they won't me to pay someone £100 to sign a receipt that's its installed properly

I have a brand new Samsung washing machine and it does all that you said.

the leaks in the front door is between the glass and plastic in the door. I used a wet wipe to clean some grime at the bottom of the glass doors. Haven’t seen the leaks since. Will continue to monitor. Quite disappointing for This to happen on a new machine. 😞

We have had this issue aswell. After samsung engineer came out numous times within the last 2 months. Replaced the arms then the drum. Still faulty. Got the retailer involved and they sent a replacement eco bubble and exactly the same issue. Now exchanged for a hotpoint. Will never use samsung again.
