Hi, I received my new washer today WW11BB534DABS1 and upon running calibration I can see the spin on the drum is not perfect. Is there a defect? The machine did say that the calibration ran successfully but I'm not sure if this is okay. Please let me know you experience or help troubleshooting. Thanks!

Hey @lazyfox !

When you say  'the drum isn't perfect', could you perhaps elaborate on that, so I can get a better idea of what you mean exactly?

yes the drum doesnt look that finely asymmetric , the rim is going in and out - mind you saying that its not a Miele quality type washing machine is it at the end of the day

The sudden acceleration before the 0rpm is normal. As for the drum itself, my machine's drum looks slightly warped like here too but has been fine for the 1.5 years I've had it.

Thanks for the response, Khola. My point is that the rotation of the drum is not perfectly symmetrical. You can see that the rim is moving in and out of the perfect circular path. Please also find the following video of when I ran this with a load (followed live chat's suggestion).
