Has anyone else tried to submit a rebate claim for the Circulon cookware set and get the message that your serial number is invalid format? I have the exact number from my newly purchased range, tried entering with all caps, again with lowercase, no luck at all.
The online chat helper tried but eventually told me there was nothing he could do except give me the number to customer care. I called them and they said they immediately said I needed to call the rebate center. I have tried calling the rebate center a couple of times and either get the message to call back during normal hours (which they don't give those hours), or nobody ever answers....I have waited on hold for over 30 minutes a couple of times.
And there is no email address to contact them. I assume they don't want any of this formally documented that they don't actually have these special offers to give out??? Very frustrating.
