One job that sticks in my mind
Went to a customer. As soon as I walked in I thought I could smell gas.
Asked him and he said, yeah my friends keep saying that as well.
He just got used to the smell over the few years 🤯

I found the leak and fixed it for him.
I definitely gave him important advice that day.

Thing is not a couple of years before. Less than a quarter of a mile away. Someone was killed in a house explosion because of a gas leak

Still amazes me now when I think about how nonchalant he was about it.
