@Mattjarman: That certainly doesn't sound ideal. Starting with Vacation mode, this feature activates when you press and hold the 'Fridge' button for 3 seconds, and can be de-activated by adjusting the Fridge temperature. If you press the Fridge button a few times to adjust the temperature, does the Vacation mode symbol (plug with a looping chord) disappear from the display?
Similarly, Power Freeze activates when you press and hold the Freezer button for 3 seconds, as indicated by a snowflake symbol on the display, and can be deactivated by pressing and holding the freezer button for 3 seconds.
If the control panel continues to activate these features unexpectedly, then please try unplugging the appliance at the wall for 30 seconds, then plug it back in to see if this helps.
