I recently purchased a Samsung dryer. The steam Smart care model. It says, “filter check” when I first turn it on. I called the place I bought it and they told me it was normal but from everything I’ve researched it says it is not normal! What could be causing this?? I have gotten the run around about it and I just want answers… thank you.
