HI.
We got a Samsung RS3000 FF delivered on Tuesday. When I opened the back panel to plumb the water I noticed that some fins on (what I assume is) the evaporator were bent and the evaporator assembly was unseated from it's correct position. I popped it back into place, connected the water and replaced the back panel and all seems to be fine. The unit appears to be working as it should, its cold and not making any unusual noises.
Do you think its ok to assume that the damage to one or two of the fins won't have a detrimental impact on performance or longevity of the FF?
I sent them an email with photos a couple of hours after delivery and got no reply. I tried a chat with customer service the following day but got told I was being transferred to someone to help then nothing happened. I tried chat again just now and got told I need to "connect to a Samsung Support Expert". I have no idea how to do this.
Any advice?
Cheers.
Craig.
