Do not purchase from Samsung! I bought a washing machine directly from them and after only 6 months the seal on the machine is degrading. After a quick google I can see this has been an issue for years and even featured on BBC's 'Watchdog' programme. I've also seen plenty of posts on the Samsung Community, flagging the same issues.
I have been accused by "Raul", a Complaints Manager, that I had "cut" and "chopped off" the seal of my machine. All I wanted was for Samsung to accept some responsibility for a clear faulty, as I'm not the only person facing the issues (google "Samsung washing machine seal damage"), and all they did was blame me. Completely avoid Samsung at all costs, their company values, customer care and quality are appalling.
