HI , i wonder if anyone has had this , the machine appears dead , but if you press the power button , after a few seconds it plays the end wash tune , no other response from the machine at all.

i have gone through samsung helpline and booked an engineer , but that can be up to 9 days , at best and may be worse because of covid .

my wife is a surgical nurse ( front line , covid area ) and has to wash her scrubs separately after every shift , so time is of the essence here .

i have check the water feed , inc the little filter , checked the waste filter catch at the bottom and checked the waste outlet all ok , obviously its not the power / mains because it can play the tune , so i am confident there is power to the machine .

any help or tips would be awesome ( also save an engineer having to come out , which is way up there in our current Covid climate )

If the user control and display board has power, but it isn't working, replace it. The line fuse blows if the washer circuits are overloaded. If the line fuse blows, the washer won't start. To determine if the line fuse is at fault, use a multimeter to test it for continuity.
