Hi,

Our ecobubble machine has been behaving erratically- not turning on consistently. No damage to the power cable, plug or socket. No issues with water supply or drainage. Tried to run a diagnostic on it and it got stuck like this. Any advice on troubleshooting it would be gratefully received.

Power Reset:Unplug the machine from the power outlet.Wait for about 5 minutes to let any residual power drain out.Plug it back in and try to turn it on.Check for Error Codes:When you attempt to run a diagnostic, see if any error codes appear on the display. These codes can help pinpoint specific issues.Refer to your user manual or the manufacturer's website to interpret these codes.Inspect the Control Panel:Ensure the control panel buttons are responsive. Sometimes, a stuck button can cause erratic behavior. If you notice any buttons that are not working properly, you may need to have the control panel serviced or replaced.Examine the Internal Connections:If you're comfortable doing so, carefully open the machine's top or back panel to check for loose or damaged wires.Ensure all connectors are securely plugged in.Check for Software Updates:Some modern washing machines have firmware that can be updated. Check the manufacturer's website to see if there are any updates available for your model.Follow the instructions provided to update the firmware.Inspect for Overheating:Overheating can cause electronic components to behave erratically. Ensure the machine is placed in a well-ventilated area and not overheating during operation.Consult the Manual:Your machine's manual may have specific troubleshooting steps for erratic behavior or diagnostic issues.Professional Help:If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it might be time to contact a professional technician. There could be an internal fault that requires expert attention.
