I have an Ecobubble 8kg since 2016. Shortly after we bought it it began to tear our clothes. As it was still on guarantee Samsung sent an engineer to fix this, replacing the drum. I note that it is doing this again. Of course now they will not fix it. Has anyone else had this problem and resolved it without a call out? It has cost us a fortune in clothes. Samsung previously stated they would reimburse us for the damage but never did. Seriously sorry we sold our Miele. Even though it was about 15 years old it was still better.
