Digital inverter WM motor issues?

Hi. Our WW90J6610CX/EU washing machines drum will not turn, when turning on the machine the program empties the water and fills up but the drum will not turn, the machine basically stops. The drum turns by hand and the belt is not snapped. No issues are found with the codes when scanned into the app.

The machine warranty expired 6 years ago but the motor has a 10 year warranty?

inverter motors very very reliable, go on and on for years thats most probably why they offer 5 and 10 year warranties on the motor itself - its more than likely the motor controller board , sometimes the capacitors go on them , but the boards on samsungs a lot of the time are covered in some kind of resin glue which makes replacing parts on the circuit board very difficult
