dC error on 11 month old Samsung washing machine WW90TA046TE

I have an 11 month old Samsung washing machine and did activate the 5-year warranty at the time of purchase.  It has just developed the "dC" door fault which I see is mentioned a few times on this forum.  I have reported the problem and  gone through all the initial checks.  I am now waiting for a call-back (they said within 36 hours) from a technician, who I assume (expect!) will come and sort the problem for me.  I will update this forum with how Samsung deal with my issue.

Sorry no. the washer was loaded from empty when I got this error and had not been in use for a couple of days, so nothing to do with unbalanced load.
