I have my Samsung eco bubble washing machine a year now. My fitness leggings got tangled in the rubber seal and the seal wire came out. I phoned the helpline and they told the machine was overloaded but it definitely was not overloaded. I’m told it isn’t covered under warranty and I have to pay for an engineer to come out. Has anyone else had this problem?
