Home AppliancesBought a dryer [DV80TA020AE] recently - it is noisier than I expected - about 70db normally but often getting louder and the clothes need to be separated manually in order to stop it being too loud - is that normal?

Home Appliances@Members_CgXPZAm: If separating the clothes in the drum helps to resolve the issue, then the problem may be stemming from an unbalanced load, especially if the machine is not on a level surface. Heavy items can gather on one side of the drum and cause it to spin in an unbalanced way, causing more noise than usual.
If you press down on the top of the dryer at each corner, does it rock or tip at all? Also, is there sufficient space around the dryer (at least 25mm on each side)?
