Can’t register gas hob

I have just bought a Samsung gas hob from AO - I can’t register it for warranty on the website - so in my wisdom I called them was on the phone for 40 mins  I couldn’t understand the operator and he couldn’t understand  me - he told me he had registered it but I haven’t go an email and I doubt very much he has - any idea how to register it - I have registered my ovens and washer and dishwasher so I know how to register but the hob just isn’t there to register

No - that’s no good as I know how to register but the hob is not there even when I try to put in the product code - may just send it back as I’m loosing patience

Are you using chrome try samsung Internet browser and see if that helps

@Sylvia4  You can  register by QR code if that is on the box of the product.  can you check on either Samsung Members or the Registration site  to confirm that the product is not registered.  https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/warranty/register-your-samsung-product-warranty/
