Would anyone have any recommendation on setting for my dryer as to not shrink pretty much everything that goes in? The only way to alter the heat seams to be the dry level, 1-2-3. 2 is the normal one. But shrinks T-shirts and all baby clothes. 3 is higher and 1 is iron dry and doesn’t dry the clothes.
all other settings/Modes either shrink or don’t dry. Surely I must be missing something. I had a Miele dryer for 10+ years and had no issues at all, there was also a low temp button that still dried the clothes.

Hi @Kevin Sales
It's definitely strange that the clothes are shrinking. Could you check out the following troubleshooting steps in the manual (p.48), to see if this helps?
Also, the Iron Dry cycle finishes the drying process in a moist state,
which facilitates ironing.
It could be the cycle load that may be adding to the problem? Please check the manual for further information on this (pages 31 onwards).

Im also having this issue. It’s getting to the point where I just can’t use the dryer as all our clothes have completely shrunk. I use the eco mode assuming this would be the lowest but can’t seem to find a way around this.

Same here. It's *****. I'm selling Samsung dryer and buying Electrolux. Money I lost on clothes is well enough to buy 3 other dryers. The only reason why this are popular is fancy AI garbage that 100% of time recommends the same program. Samsung pays for comments via rewards and coupons. NEVER AGAIN

This shrinking issue is so annoying! I’m wishing I’d never bought this blooming dryer. I should have stuck with Bosch.
I’ve been using setting 2 and anything that’s got cotton in is slowly shrinking! I’ve taken to buying clothing one size larger than I actually need for the anticipated shrinkage.
Can anyone help? As other reviewer mentioned setting 1 does get them dry enough.
